Simple. Honest. Sauna.
What we offer is nothing new.
It’s the same practice people in the Nordics have trusted for generations: good heat, cold water, and a place to slow down.
Sauna is meant to be simple. Warm up. Cool down. Take a moment. That’s it.
We keep things straightforward. No performances. No guided rituals. No pressure to do anything a certain way.
Just a calm, welcoming space to feel good in your body and enjoy the experience however you’d like.
The word löyly comes from Finland. It means the steam that rises when water hits stones, and the spirit of the sauna itself.
It’s the part of the experience you can’t explain, but you know it when you feel it.
That’s all we’re here to share.
The Experience: How it Works
This experience is completely self-led.
Most guests move between hot and cold a few times, finding the pace that feels right for them. If you’re looking for a simple place to start, here’s what we recommend:
SWEAT
5 - 15 minutes
Step into the heat. Our Finnish saunas are handcrafted to warm you deeply. You’ll start to sweat, release tension, and settle into a slower state of mind.
PLUNGE
30 seconds - 2 minutes
Step outside and into the cold. Our outdoor plunge pools deliver an instant jolt. The contrast is immediate, refreshing, and invigorating.
REST
1-2 minutes
Take a moment before re-entering the sauna. Let your body return to balance. As you warm up naturally, your heart rate settles, your breathing slows, and your body shifts back into a restorative state.
REPEAT
2-3 cycles
Move at your own pace. Most guests cycle through 2 or 3 times during their visit. Do what feels right for you.
Ready to Feel the Difference?
No experience necessary. Just you, good Finnish heat, and refreshing Canadian cold.
