Safety & Cleaning

Cold-plunge areas are maintained according to each location’s setup:

      • Kelowna: Lakewater plunge with no added chemicals. Benches and flooring are scrubbed nightly.

      • Toronto: A custom plunge system cleaned and maintained daily, using UV filtration and bromine for safe, consistent water quality.

  • Treat all guests and staff with kindness and respect.
We aim to create a welcoming, inclusive environment for everyone.

  • We operate in most weather conditions. Rain or snow often enhances the experience.
