Arrive at your scheduled session time. There is no indoor waiting area if you arrive early.

Two towels, a water bottle, and your bathing suit, and a small bag for wet items. We have electrolytes and towels available for purchase if you forget something.

When you arrive, you’ll find four private change stalls inside the building, along with lockers and a small seating area for resting between rounds.

No. Washrooms are available in the Visitors Centre, or a short walk away in Stuart Park

No. There is no shower on-site. Please shower before you arrive.

Yes. Our cold plunge is an open water cage in Okanagan Lake. It gives you direct access to the lake in a controlled area.

No. The sauna stays moored in a fixed location and does not travel.
