Please arrive as close to your scheduled start time as possible. We don’t have an indoor waiting area if you arrive early.

Please bring two towels, a bathing suit, a water bottle, and a small bag for your wet items. Towels and electrolytes are available for purchase if you forget something.

There are private change stalls on the dock, along with a small rest area for cooling down between rounds.

No. The closest public washrooms are a short walk away at Harbourfront Centre. Please plan ahead.

Yes. We have a rinse-only shower that you can use before entering the cold plunge. No soaps, shampoos, or products are permitted.

Yes. Our Toronto location has a custom outdoor plunge pool designed for all-season use.
