Simple. Powerful. Essential.
Sometimes, the most powerful experiences are also the simplest: intense heat from Finnish saunas, invigorating cold from outdoor pools, and a quiet space for connection.
On their own, each element is simple. But together, they create something far greater:
A feeling of calm in your mind, clarity in your soul, and a deep recharge in your body.
In Finnish, that feeling has a name: löyly.
It’s the steam that rises when water hits the stones.
The soul of the sauna itself.
Once you’ve felt it, you’ll understand.
The Kelowna Experience
Set on the calm waters of Okanagan Lake, our floating sauna in Kelowna offers a uniquely West Coast take on the Finnish sauna ritual. Move through cycles of heat, cold, and rest — from the cedar warmth of the sauna, to a refreshing plunge in the lake, to the stillness of the dock. Designed for connection and recovery, it’s a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel renewed by nature.
The Amenities
Finnish Sauna
Start by spending 5-15 minutes in our handcrafted Finnish-style sauna. The heat exposure increases blood circulation, promotes healing and eliminates toxins
Outdoor Plunge Pool
Next, take a dip in our outdoor plunge pool for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. The cold activates shock proteins best known for releasing adrenaline and decreasing inflammation. Don’t forget to breathe, you got this!
Rest Areas & Change Rooms
Before coming inside, spend 1-2 minutes drying off, letting your body warm up on its own. Resting helps to slow the release of adrenaline and make way for endorphins.
